i like to mix it up once in a while

- cheesy scrambled eggs topped with sauted spicy mushrooms & mint with a bowl of warm rice -

i'm not quite sure myself what type of cuisine i'd call this, well basically because i made it up with inspiration from my sister's dinner ommelette .. for one, it has got mozzarella cheese and tomatoes in it, but on the other hand i also threw in some mint leaves, cumin and some lea and perrin sauce .. and to add to that, i ate my rice out of a bowl using chopsticks .. so it's pretty much 'confused' i would say

just the way i like it - lol!
